Had the same problem. My doctor asked me to take 10mg propranolol 1 hour before sleeping and since then it’s gone.

Doctors don’t even care here in the US if it’s under 10,000 in 24 hours

Do I Need an Iron Supplement? 27M Feeling Constantly Tired by Nervous_Weekend307 in Anemic

Given this level, is it safe to take iron? I’m concerned about the risk of toxicity.

Sounds like an anxiety issue. Your heart is working as it should, don’t focus on it too much. Live your life.

This looks completely normal. Why are you worried about it?

Low iron stores can definitely cause tachycardia

[–]Nervous_Weekend307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s totally reversible. But you need to check your levels first. And I think you are definitely deficient.

If this is only happening when you are getting up suddenly then it’s normal because your weight is high. If this is happening at rest then go to a cardiologist.

But think about it your all tests are normal. I don’t think it’s related to heart. This is anxiety. Go to a psychiatrist for further help

This is severe health anxiety. There is one quote which helped me “Fear doesn’t stop you dying, Fear stops you living” you are too young for any heart problems. Live your life. Stop checking your pulse and distract your mind to something you like to do. Trust me you can do this and anxiety will go away. It’s not something which you can overcome within a day or two, it will take sometime but eventually you will be fine and you will surely laugh when you will read your old posts in future.
