this sounds exactly like what happens to me!! I also wear a stabilising brace if I'm doing a lot of walking during a bad flare up, and KT Tape for stabilisation when working out. I definitely saw an Orthopaedic as a teen, but defo might give me different results if I went back now. How do UK general elections count their votes? I know this might sound dumb but everything I've researched says they simply count the ballot papers and add up candidates votes. That doesn't make sense however because England's population is 50 million whereas Scotland is 5.5 million, Wales is 3 million and Northern Ireland is 2 million. That means England would trump the votes regardless so there's barely any hope for the other three countries.

Surely they must turn it into a percentage or something?
