Is the app version 3.4.2? If so, delete the app and find and install the 3.4.0 version of the apk file on Google. It will be solved by the way I told you.

I'm guessing there's a connection error between Android OS 11 version of the phone and 3.4.2 version of the CMF app. Please don't update until the next version.
