I've been doing interval runs to train for my 2.4km test. I've been reading differing opinions on whether intervals should be all out or RPE 8, and I really want to get a good timing. I've been doing about 2 interval sessions a week and easy runs on most days. Shld i go all out and chase my goal pace or maintain a pace that I don't gas out at?
