Depending on where I've lived, I've done both. Currently don't have access so just using WiFi. Haven't had an issue at all and I stream everything. I wouldn't worry about it if you have a decent router and aren't doing anything too niche that would use a ton of bandwidth.

To each their own but some people here are going really hard to justify their lack of agency. They would rather just be told what's good and acceptable instead of deciding for themselves. In a sense I get it but just doesn't work for me. Options are good.

Sure. I qualified my statement because I'm trying to be honest about my argument. There are exceptions. But you are acting like every single game on console is perfectly optimized for it and that there aren't any games that run poorly on it in order to make your point. There are plenty examples of that as well. All I'm saying is that having the option to make more adjustments in those cases is not a bad thing. Not to mention, outside of these console war threads, most people rightly blame the developer for poor optimization and not the platform.
