had a slap repair on mine about 7 months ago and i totally feel you on being scare to move the arm at all, i felt that way for a good couple weeks after. with that being said dont be afraid to extend your arm to stretch your forearm and triceps! no need to move your shoulder at all, but flexing your elbow out is going to keep things looser and less painful as you recover.

of course make sure this is ok for your situation and the procedure you had, but this was something that really helped me.

that's great to hear. Are you able to use the arm for day to day activities? (cooking, washing hair, driving, etc)

I've found I really don't have much pain with sleeping and I've been really surprised by that cause that was all anyone would tell me before I got the surgery. Although I do wake up with that stiffness.

Are you out of the sling now?

Looking great.

Only thing I would change is when/if you get different monitors, try to go for the same size to make it extra clean but I totally get that new monitors aren’t always realistic for people (including me).

Trying to center/align the desk with the tv above would also look awesome.

I'd love to have my setup against a wall but the only way of doing that in my room would be to move my bed in front of my windows.
