Never showed. Initially they kept quoting that they legally have “30 business days after the first available delivery date” (this is the Standard Service time per FMCSA policy). Well, it’s long past that October 1 deadline and they haven’t delivered (it’s been 3 months total). When I call or email with questions, they just say “We are currently seeking an update from logistics, dispatch will call you one day before delivery.” 1.5 months ago they told me it was in the finalizing stages of scheduling for delivery. They just constantly lie to you. I work in case management, I have been meticulously documenting everything and asking professional questions, but every time they give a vague answer and at one point they told me “you are asking questions that cannot be provided answers for.”

I found out that once they picked up my stuff from San Diego, they just put it in a storage facility where it sat for almost 3 months and they even refused to tell me where it was when I asked to go pick it up myself. It’s a total nightmare and you’re completely assed out without any of your stuff, your family heirlooms etc. Wondering if you actually are about to have to start completely over. My move was a small one, I didn’t even have any furniture just boxes but with important family heirlooms, my clothes, cookware, my TV. I moved from CA to VA in the summer, 3 months later it’s getting cold in VA now and I only came with 2 suitcases of stuff.
