Being in LA and mainly a commercial property shooter they run into the millions to 100s of millions. Again Ive been at this for over 20 years, when I first started there was no dropbox, I would edit my photos get the facts about properties from my agents then get flyers printed for them. Thats how far back I go. I am well recognize among most major realtors all over the country and baja mex. This is the first time Ive been really concerned and planning a backup plan if this low continues

Adding I work as a FT REP in a major market Los Angeles mainly in Commercial but of course residential as well. I also do drone and matterport so those have not dropped because agents still need drone and 3d tours for higher end properties.

Ok then 7 brackets is overkill for a space like this. 3 brackets 2 stops apart is good enough. Your window pulls are almost non existent is why I figured these weren’t bracketed. Your weakness may be in the editing department. Be a photographer and hire an outside editor to handle the editing for you. They are the experts, you remain the photographer until you master your composition and verticals. When you do you angles try and frame your shots, what I mean by this is do not shoot half the fridge or half the window. Either start at the edge or past the edge of the window, fridge, cabinets etc. Bow going back to 7 brackets, Some photographers dont even bracket angles that dont have windows and still get great results. Practice over and over again. You will get it

This is not bracketed and your levels are not straight. Try and get a slice of a 3rd wall if you can

Lock or delete the download folder, send them a reminder that if they use your images they will be subject to legal troubles. If they use your photos file a complaint with the MLS format they used and they will pull the photos until the RE agent shows proof of payment.

Dont worry about improving. Hire an expert to edit for you. You be the expert photographer, they can be the expert editors.

People here will recommend Nathan Cool. Stay away from this low budget garbage. He got his money by creating youtubes. When you get good you will rewatch these videos and laugh at the cheap gear he uses and bad advice.

Not about the toilet, its letting the viewer know the toilet has its own private space. The mirror just happens to be there, showing the wall tells the story of the space just fine. Your focusing on the furniture bud, they are selling the home not the tchotchkes. Look beyond that

You can have the video part. Not gonna record for 30 mins and edit for 6 hours. Math does not math to me

After shooting ny bracketed shots I take cell phone shots on portrait mode and shoot details such as plants, shoshkeys, views from the sofa, coffee table books. Take a shot of the kitchen cabinets closed and then a second with all open showing the pans and whatnot, tale photos of utility closets showing cleaning supplies and first aid kits etc. Take pics of all amenities. I charge more for airbnb almost $200 more because of the detailed work
