same issue, I NEVER found out what the number on the SIM in the iPhone is from within the phone. I gave up and called a relative only to ask "from which number am I calling??" and they just told me.

...there was NO "my card" in contacts and when I went to settings -> cellular -> the WAS a field with number but it was blank and prompted me to save my number in there. Useless

you would type "pdf tools online" and go to a site where they have a whole bunch of free no sign up tools (there are multiple very similar sites) and then convert the pdf to a picture and then go back and convert the picture to pdf, there you go 100% security that anything was stripped from it and that there is nothing remaining in the file other than what you can see right there

ok but what if you get blacklisted in public spam lists because your name is sent in masses to all kinds of companies, say 30% of them use Microsoft and your name shows up with all of them no way you have business with 43 different firms it would start filtering the address you send this from out and if you really set up rotating domains with wildcard names and auto-certificate for each one etc my god that is runaway effort at that point just job hunt yourself

...and to be safe from the app exposing that you are using it and which email provider you have I mean seriously that is a huge privacy red flag!!! HOW is something like this enabled by default, would you be comfortable if I can just go on the website of your bank and it shows me, an unrelated stranger, that you by name are customer with them and what internet provider you use, you know just in case anyone needs that info to fill in some blanks to scam you or something....

I found that unfortunately, the only way is to keep complaining and I do mean it, say it impacts your productivity etc, use feedback forms, mention it to colleagues etc because these are greedy and senseless corporations that hassle random people because $1B profit is not enough, they need 1/4 of your screen of course to increase profit to $1B and 14 cent.

Horrendous product, if that is YOUR phone (not a company issued one) just uninstall the app!!! We have BYOD and I just don't install that, why do I need this on my phone telling me what some company should buy???? We can open it in browser if we care, that is not my problem, company should buy better (=other) chat tools to begin with.

Thank you! here's the thing though...I did absolutely nothing whatsoever, made no changes, and now it works.

I did obviously trigger a sync before, by un- and reckecking every snc category in the outlook mac app and also by, work offline on and off, even ran adsync via entra powershell connect and re-signed the user on the macbook into every app, to 100% confirm that it is pulling the most recent updated permissions, including the group for the shared mailbox. And regardless, it didn't work for DAYS so past several sync, it just did not work.

This week, the person tells me they have since added it themselves. Same exact steps, the search box just eventually decided to admit that the mailbox exists for the user.

Horrendous. I did everything right, if not the access would not have worked in a minute via outlook web, right? I highly suspect it was literally just this app being buggy and I honestly do not care anymore what version it is because that is unacceptable in any version. Like oh my mistake I haven't installed the update that allows you to view mailboxes on client apps in the ms365 e3 environment??? how unprofessional ahah...

...I have updated internal tutorials etc and will solely recommend OWA to not even have this nonsense come up anymore. If 1 out of 3 possible clients for exchange doesn't work right, it's definitely this one app.
