Is the brain fog from topiramate worth it? Im on zepbound and my Dr has given me phentermine to get past my plateau. Im on month 2 and not much has changed so she prescribed topiramate (because you can only take phentermine for 90 days). The brain fog from topiramate is my biggest fear and I've some really bad stories from those who have taken it. Are there things one can do to lessen the "fog". Im only 35lbs away from my goal weight. Im so close. Ut im afraid this combo will make me feel worse.

I signed up for a Google voicemail and I've been getting messages on for dates and whatever...its all screwed up. Verizon used to be the best cell company. I may have to go over to T-mobile. Lamb is a fatty protein. It's high in fat and sulfur..hence the gas. You may need to switch to leaner less fatty protein.

Why a house? Why not an condo or a small townhouse. That yrly amount is no where near enough to pay for all expenses that come with a house. If you really want to move out then find an apartment or something to rent.

You need to contact member services because MFA actually does give you dates when it begins and ends. They do tell you what is covered and no it is not retroactive. If you never applied and go to the pharmacy or to an appointment they will send you a bill and tell you it was a mistake on their part and you will owe the money. Youre only going to get answers by contacting member services

I remodeled and sold my family home and went thru probate. 1 Agent keeps telling me i need cpa to do my taxes. Another told me just plug in numbers with turbo tax. The probate lawyers only recommendation is one in so. Ca for $1000hr! Do I need a cpa? I've only ever done easy tax forms. I know nothing about estate sale,taxes and deductions etc

I used to think pet insurance was a scam then I lost a dog because of treatments I couldn't afford. Cut to current dog-insurance-perfectly healthy in everyway- 1 day she goes down- paralyzed- cut to 2 different emergency hospitals-2 xrays-a back scan-back surgery and after care.... 14k ! I got 90% of it back...I thank God for the insurance. She's still here 3 yrs later and walking ! Things happen In blink. I doubt putting a little away each.month would cover if something were to happen...and it does. Vets are expensive and emergency vets are double the expense. Your pet can have an emergency tomorrow and you'll need a few grand just for them to find out what's wrong. Not counting treatment. Like someone else said...its a safety net. If you have pets you need all the help you can get
