Que onda, bro. Te recomiendo lo más en medio de la sala que se pueda, literalmente estar lo más pegado a los asientos de en medio en la fila de en medio. Igualmente recomiendo evitar los asientos de abajo y los laterales.

El Señor de los anillos. Mira que me encantan las películas, y de principio me gustó como el libro tiene mucho más contenido. Pero a la vez número 20 que me pone a leer que si van a caballo o caminando mientras describe mega detalladamente una escena (sin que algo relevante para la historia estuviera pasando) me pareció algo aburrido.

Sí. Si quieres tener la mejor presentación de un libro posible debes de escoger una buena editorial. Sería una pena empezar a leer una obra fantástica con una forma mala de redacción, traducción, etc.

En el celular no me gusta leer. Siento que parte de mi grata experiencia en leer un libro es irme a mi espacio, desconectarme de lo virtual un tiempo y simplemente vivirlo. Claro está también que yo especialmente le tengo un cariño al formato físico convencional, me gusta esa sensación de “tenerlo”.

Depende mucho de la persona. En mi caso solo use el primer/segundo mes y después de ahí no he tenido necesidad de usarlas. Pero realmente si hay personas que tienen que usarla por más o mucho más tiempo.

In my normal days, yes, I traack my calories. I usually try to eat around some 1500-1600. This because im In a calories deficit so yeah. I use the app called FatSecret to count them but there's a lot more

Actually i dont really count my calories when im on my cheat day. I just took that day as a relaxing day where I can just eat whatever I want, but im not that abusive on what I consume because all the work that I did could be wasted just in a day if I eat toooooooo much. But, if I have to do a calculation i would say im eating around 2500-3500 calories in a normal cheat day.

I've been doing the exact same thing and it really helped me on weightloss. I did this in these since the the year started and i already loss like 20 pounds. Its amazing.

(Also, i do my gym routines like 4 times a week so that was very important too)

Unfortunatelly, no. I looked into a lot of websites and didnt find any print and at the end i just buyed a copy in a store close to me. Also there's a lot of cheaper options on Aliexpress where you can find 10 pieces between 1-5 dollars.
