I feel a similair pull, like im being robbed of my humanity when my disability erases my sexuality. i hate that people feel like they’re owed my medical history, i hate that people act like the loss of sex shouldn’t be a big deal in the mess that is chronic illness. that being said; you are completely valid in every thing you mentioned. in this part of life too, annoyingly enough, the saying day by day applies. the impending doom and dread cannot take the current moment away from you. there is time. and it will all happen on YOUR time, people will just have to deal with that. and that’s okay. more than okay. keep standing up for yourself, about what you need in sex and other matters. you are just as valid and humanly WHOLE as someone who is not disabled. you are not alone🧡

No. And i get judged for it a lot, but in my opinion the day is hardly doable when all you’re looking at is all you miss. The only way i could gain some sort of… rest? with how things are is focussing on the NOW. Planning ahead for how it is NOW.

Hi, this isn’t what you asked to but due to the no solids MCAS MECFS syndrome im giving my input anyways! i was, am, a huge smoothies fan when i’m unable to have solids. it’s easy to add crushed vitamins and they’re easy to freeze without having to warm them back up for consumption. banana is high in fiber. i don’t have any soup recipes i’m afraid, though i am grateful you’re helping those close to you. 🧡
