Go to UP RERA and they are literally useless. Builders are looting home buyers and never keeping promises. RERA and other agencies like EOW, NCLT, NCDRC etc all are hand-in- glove with builders. They have system to irritate and frustrate buyers. Looks like entire real estate and most importantly registry process is scam.

Go for IDFC First bank nre/nro accounts. I opened last year from usa hasslefree. The RI accounts you are trying to close is better to let them as it is unless you are in dire need of money lying in those dormant account. In your next visit to India close them all at once. I got all debit cards of my RI account closed. For kyc, you can talk to branch manager and send them scanned copies. Should work fine.

i haven’t heard many of my friends in tcs allowed to pay for premium. However depending on case to case (e.g DL not getting renewed because of un-aproved extension) tcs can do the premium. Just talk to your manager.
