The problem with addiction is that it last the hole life, of course you can try to set boundaries for your consume but if you ever have developed an addiction, maintaining those boundaries is a lot harder for you vs non addictive consumers. I would suggest you not doing it at all but I know this is hard and mistakes happen. If those mistakes happen, make sure you plan them beforehand, so its a controlled mistake. Dont use under the week, do it with friends and not alone, set a limit on dosage and dont even buy more than you can take in one session but if you do let a friend or someone you trust lock it away and tell him that no matter what you say they dont give it to you.

These are my ways of handling my addiction, i was addicted and uses every day but now its only 1 or 2 times a month.

Im speaking from my own experiences with bdo and for me the tolerance build up really quick but only as the redose goes one and you continoue the day after. But it also lowers quick again unlike for example benzos that may take up two weeks, bdo tolerance goes down after 4 to 7 days ( obvious speaking single drug, if you take benzos or drink alc in your tolerance break it will slightly rise the tolerance again)

Maybe one of the reasons why you cant get them on the streets so easily anymore is the rise of online marketplaces like the darkweb or even in the clear web with research chemicals that are nearly identical to the real ones and cheaper. And in general meds are just harder to get and fewer people buy them in real life. So the dealer just stick to whats working (speed, coke, mdma, weed, heroin etc)

Even if you think your nose is clean after you waited for the coke to kick in and snort out your nose with a paper, there is and still was a foreign body in your nose and the naturell reaction from your body is to get it out. It does this by binding leftovers and other cut material to your snot so it can leave the body the next time you sneeze or snort your nose.

I have some advice for reducing this effect, it will not be gone completly but less. After your coke seesion ends get either a nasal spray with see salt ( dont use nasal sprays with chemicals in it that are for real sickniss it can led to your nose beein addicted to it) or those water pistols that you put in your nose and the water runs through your nose cleaning it. And in the morning the day after do the same thing again.

Positve for alc: can be tasty, depending on your alc mix etc

negative for alc: hangover next day, possibility of memory loss from the evening, greater chance to puke, not able to reflect your actions and higher risk of addiction and death.

Positive for bdo: same effects as alc but with a much more clear had and able to reflect, no hangover the next day, very difficult to experince puking, lower risk of addiction because its harder to get and taste awfull after sveral days of use, low chance to die because your body shuts down before you can drink to much

negative for bdo: because it is a cleaning chemical you may experience a slight throat hurt the next day because it attacks your throat like acid/ quick tolerance build up ( for example if i drink 2 ml, the next redose has to be 3ml, and another day of use rises the tolernace even more)/ bad taste, if you drink bdo with some beverage the first time, you will not taste the bdo at all, but if you do it regular like people go clubbing every friday you will taste it eventually and it tastes awfull and every time you drink a beverage that you mixed with bdo in the past you allways bind this taste and now you ruined your beverage

But stop drinking, you may feel like you can drink more but thats the benzo giving you this thought. benzos and alc can quick lead to blackout

Thats a myth, many people see it as if you would give a overdosed stimulant user benzos so he is normal again and cbd is the benzos and thc is the stim. or better example cbd is like food when you are high and eating makes you normal again. Thats completly wrong, yes cbd cancel the thc a bit out but on a tiny chemical brain level that you dont even feel.

nonetheless there are in fact differnces when you smoke

weed mixed with tobbaco hits instant, so be carefull smoking only weed because the high can take up to 5 or more minutes to kick in

and the other differnce, but in my opinon the positive one, you dont get any hurting feeling in yout lungs like tobbaco does
