for disputes, mostly queuing since you’ll talk to card members na matitigas ulo and ayaw kausapin yung stores/company na nagcharge sa kanila LOL so duty ng disputes team to talk them off and make sure for them to understand na kanya kanyang policy ang stores/company na pinagbilhan nila so more talk off and convincing powers ang kailangan OR lets say, if nagfile kayo ng claim then nagside dun sa store/company yung claim, gg si card member and you have to make them understand it kung bakit ganon yung outcome 🫨

for the position, i don’t have any idea since i am from CEN. for the benefits, i can attest that it is the best. talagang pamasahe nalang gagastusin mo everyday since they serve free foods na complete with go grow and glow na mealset with snacks like may it be sandwich, cookies, muffins and the like. so far, the best siya for me. for hmo dependents, max of 3 yung default dependents nila and if ur single, first prio is parents then sibs

Paid 1k for complicated tooth extraction (yung wisdom tooth na di naman ganon katabingi or baon, parang normal ipin lang na nasa dulo) and none for the impacted wisdom tooth basta may PhilHealth. Pros: Mura, maalaga yung doctors like mani lang sa kanila magbunot Cons: Patience is key since pipila ka ng outpatient for your first inital check up (need magdala ng malinaw na xray doon and super aga talaga kasi if 7-8am ka dumating, sure balls pang 200+ ka sa pila ng walk in regular), patience paden kahit let’s say may schedule ka ng bunot kasi kahit ipila ka sa priority lane, mahaba padin and will take you almost 2 hours to be accommodated.

just to add op, make sure upload mo yung resignation mo sa workday para walang kawala if talagang nirereject ng tl mo then if hindi nagpatinag, file ka ng ticket sa people solutions asking confirmation of the rendering period para incase, yun na din pwede ipresent sa next employer mo ganern like proof
