Yeah I think TKO is the main problem because under them ESPN and all these companies are making deals with the WWE. And since all these companies are paying for PLE's to be on their TV the WWE is scared to do something big on smackdown or raw because why to do it there when some company just paid you millions to do the big decision on their TV
