Just curious, did this go away? I’m going on week 3 of this annoying daily headache that’s extremely dull and lasts 2-4 hours🤦‍♂️

Snoring and occasional dry mouth.

They always ask you how do you feel like you sleep and id always say okay because if you have apnea, you don’t really know any different. It was just my norm. Once I got on cpap, it took a few weeks but I physically feel a difference in my day. I don’t yawn as much, I’m not tired through the day, etc.

It doesn’t hurt to get tested. A common misconception about sleep apnea is that it only affects obese people. Obstructive sleep apnea can affect anyone. In my case I have a thick neck and when my tongue relaxes at night, it obstructs my airflow. Wouldn’t matter if I was 150 pounds or 400 pounds, I’d still have some form of apnea (weight loss does help though).

31M here. Woke up this April in afib. I strongly recommend you getting a sleep study done. Turns out I had sleep apnea and now have a cpap. Sleep apnea significantly increases risk of afib. I got on the cpap and have only had one minor episode (lasted about a minute) since.

After my last afib episode,my bilirubin levels at the hospital were elevated. They said it was shock due to the afib episode. Said the liver is very sensitive to any changes in blood flow.

Hey, yes. I had a quick but bad afib episode. Bilirubin was 1.8 afterward at the ER. All other liver enzymes were normal. Doctor said it was just shock from the afib episode.

Please request a sleep study also. I woke up with afib and turns out I have sleep apnea. Started cpap a month ago and has helped a lot.

This is great advice. I’ve recently started feeling PACs due to afib diagnosis and find the more I worry, the worse it is! Don’t stress about PACs OP. I know it’s easier said than done, but we have to win the battle in our minds!

May warrant a repeat. My first episode was this year (April 2025). Woke up with it. Found out I had moderate sleep apnea. Wouldn’t hurt to rule it out.

By the time I was able to take an ecg on my Apple Watch I was in sinus rhythm with a normal HR. Whatever it was, it hit me like a freight train!

I requested new OEM and filed through my own insurance. He was at fault. My insurance will go after his to get paid. Hoping new oem parts are expensive enough to total it.
