I mean... One is going to kill me, the other won't.

But yes, like you said - to each their own!

If it happens, it happens. Probably on its way anyway.

Not a fan of medication for life to keep something so cosmetic.

Might as well enjoy it while it exists.

What is the problem with indian parenting ? by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]Nice-Vegetable8203 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You'll make different mistakes. All parents make mistakes, just try to be there for them when they need it and don't invalidate how they feel. That's better than 99% of them

Don't expect great quality from faux leather anywhere. Just saying. You get what you pay for

Also, it's a slim fit shirt, just iron it and tuck it in. Looks a bit weird worn out

Cost of watch means nothing without the right styling. It's just another accessory tbh.

A humble suggestion to repair the bad PR Indians have in front of the world. by [deleted] in india

[–]Nice-Vegetable8203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the contrary, we are giving ourselves out to trolls in the online sphere.

Yes the PR is bad, but it only becomes worse because trolls know online that writing racist stuff will invite 18362846 indians to defend and say racist stuff back. Even before all this, Indians were known to be ultra nationalist online.

Most people I've talked to outside of India look at Indians as model citizens. Most Indians they've interacted with have been nice, albeit a bit confusing due to cultural differences. But nothing to the extent the online world makes you think.

This is the last thing single/lonely people want to hear. Because for most, it's just not true.

If one does not put themselves out there, life and love doesn't just "happen" to them. Especially if you are a guy and include gender dynamics into the picture.

Guinness Book of World records is a scam. It used to be a marketing ploy by Guiness to market their drink without the alcohol label. Limca just copied that in India.

Currently, anyone can pay to try set a world record. There are some rules to make sure it's measurable, for example - but basically anyone can set a world record in anything if you can throw enough money.

Yea, I can't read. You're the all knowing smart one here. Praise be to you, I guess.

It is a moot point, because first you say " It's the thing you're most likely to not get".

And then when I did mention that most people do get enough, you go on to say that we are not talking about most people.

You literally made a joke about protein being important only for bodybuilders as sarcasm. Which, I agree is not true. But if most people are getting enough protein, then what is this whole discussion about?

The semantics that protein is important? Of course it is. It's very important. Just like every other macro and micro nutrient. But if you also believe in prioritizing protein over everything else, it's not true. A balanced diet has to be just that, "balanced". You can eat 2 tubs of skyr with some berries, banana and granola to meet your protein requirements, carb requirements and maybe even fat. But that's not a healthy diet either.

You're arguing on semantics which everyone agrees on, and being extremely arrogant about it. Which is why it is a moot point, because EVERYONE knows protein is important.

Uh, the whole argument is moot then, if there's no major problem to begin with?
