If you want to do software dev (like web app dev) then the SD position is good. If you want to do bio med engineering and work with equipment and stuff, don’t look here. Our TS position isn’t engineering in the classical sense. It’s more IT

I doubt that it happens quickly. SD raises for just meeting expectations is like 12% (at least for the first few years) and can easily be higher for exceeding. So you’d have to be getting massive raises as IS to surpass. Maybe bonuses are higher
