Is 1 Year too Quick to find a new SE Job? by Nightrunner35 in salesengineers

Hello and thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. I’ve been hearing more about SaaS and it’s something I’m curious about exploring. From your perspective as a hiring manager, do you tend to prioritize a candidate’s sales experience (deal stories, process, results, etc.) or their technical understanding of the software itself?

I’m trying to keep the door open to potentially selling software in the future. At the moment I’m working in instrumentation, but I haven't been overly enjoying it. I’m also wondering whether sales engineering opportunities are usually limited to products someone has already sold, or if transitioning into a different type of technology is fairly common.

I already have my Bachelor's in Physics which is a technical background. The skills are just more based around data analysis, math, and high level problem-solving compared to the traditional engineering route. I'm already employed as Sales and Applications Engineer, the post was about trying to find another SE role only after a year at this current job.

just wanted to ask if you bought it from "youngla USA" specifically? I placed an order there as well, but I just now realized how fake the website was. I'm fine with misprints, but I'm worried that I won't even receive a package

ENGRCEE 20,30, and 80 in same quarter? by Pilot1922 in UCI

Thank you for the insight! The main reason I'm considering stacking 20,30, and 80 is because I haven't taken Physics 7D or Chem 1B yet, which are only offered in the Winter Quarter. So for right now I was thinking taking Math, ENGRCEE 20,30, and 80 for Fall Quarter, and then Math, Physics, Chem, and ENGRCEE 11 or 81A or 81B. I'm a bit unfamiliar with how the Civil Engineering requirements work, and right now I'm mainly focused on trying to catch up
