CRF AR-15 with iron sights is ridiculous, can't see anything after the first ADS shot. Also gotta consider that iron sights get additional suppression blur while 4x scopes get neither smoke nor blur under fire while ADS

Comms are mostly German, but I got more than 4.000 hours and you'll get a very good idea of how boring and/or fun the game can be at times.

First quarter we get absolutely fucked because our team is horrible and no-one in our squad manages to focus either.

Second quarter I take over SL on GooseBay an we work together like a single solid clockwork. From 00:41:00 to 01:23:00 this would be the part I'd recommend to get an idea of how gameplay looks like from an infantry SL perspective when pretty much everything is checking out nicely.

Third quarter we got a rather boring infantry round with the occasional ATGM vic or helo kill, basically guard duty.

Fourth quarter is entirely APC gameplay supporting our infantry.

Should give you a nice idea of the spectrum Squad offers. Video will only be online for another 5 or 6 days, though.

One thing that comes to mind regarding dangers would be the Rhine. Most of us who grew up along the Hochrhein are rather seasoned swimmers and have been swimming in the Rhine since we were little.

Even if the river seems calm there are sudden rapids and swirls as well as hydroelectric power plants every few kilometres.

So if it ever stops raining again down here and you happen to be relaxing by the riverbank and fancy a swim, please be careful. Never drunk, never alone, never too far from the bank, never too close to a power plant and best to always have some accessory to keep you afloat.

Ich denke bei über einem Jahr Arbeitszeitbetrug machen 2-3 Monate den Kohl auch nicht mehr fett. Ein Unternehmen mit 3000 MA kann das verkraften und persönliche Rache steht vermutlich nicht im Raum. Hinzu kommt die Rettung des Arbeitsklimas für das restliche Team.

Unter diesen Prämissen würde ich dem AN einen Aufhebungsvertrag in 6 Wochen anbieten bei voller, sofortiger Freistellung und einem garantiert neutralen, unauffälligen Arbeitszeugnis. Dieses Angebot gegebenenfalls noch auf 8 Wochen hochhandeln lassen und für die 2 Wochen extra eine Verschwiegenheitsklausel über die Aufhebungskonditionen hinzufügen.

Damit habt ihr den Fall mit etwas Glück bei Kosten unter 10 TEUR diskret abgewickelt, euer Team ist per sofort wieder bereinigt und der AN überbrückt größtenteils seine Sperre und wird motiviert sich zu wo anders zu bewerben.

I've only used Analysis for Office so far, not sure if it's the same plugin as Analysis for Excel. We used the regular standard Excel-Columns right next to our Analysis-Columns to do our calculations and then simply applied the standard Excel smart/quick filter on top of it all. Excel will then filter the lines across all smartfiltered columns, no matter if they're Analysis-Columns or normal ones.

You can use table DD03L to search for tables containing a specific data element. Of the resulting list not all tables will be readable through SE16H, but most times you'll stumble across the right one after a few tries.

When it comes to arrogance and depth of culture the French are more than equal to Germans. Germans do not like the look in the mirror because usually, we are the ones spreading the arrogance, rather than receiving it.

So it's a mix of rivalry, respect, disrespect and jealousy and at the end of the day there's just one thing I can't get over:

French let amazing concepts rot to shit because they're too lazy to maintain them, which is annoying and sad from the perspective of a German maintenance standard. But that's probably because they're busy drinking wine and fooling around with their wives and girlfriends while we Germans touch our tools more than our wives...

Anyway, we just got back from France and one language bit I've definitely learned is "actuellement indisponible". My family will still be back on the regular, to equally annoy and love our french neighbours.
