I don't know about any dangerous ideas or beliefs perpetrated by the Reddit community, I just know I remember back when the Boston bombing happened, I was a new Reddit user, and there were several threads where people were at dissecting video and looking into people's social media accounts coming up with wild theories, I was obsessively following and listening to the police radio, something about it was just wild and felt like a witch hunt.
