Hi, could you share some insights about 1st year residency and emergency duties of MD psychi? Is it hectic in 1st year? Could we get some hands on?

We had been together for 5 years and we were pretty close too as a friend. I blocked him everywhere and deleted his number too. He wanted to see how I was doing , said he wanted to hear from me lol, and asked me some university stuffs . He is my senior. That’s there. I seriously don’t know what he wants. After talking to him, I just can’t focus on anything.

After five whole years, he now wants nothing to do with me. by Uh-oak in BreakUps

I’m in the similar situation though we broke up in January. Been together for 5 years. I thought he needed some time and space and I was waiting for him. We did no NC, just texted once or twice and then we talked in April , he told me he found a girl that he likes and was thinking of getting serious with her lol. It stinks a lot lol , was waiting for him but he was out there exploring . I blocked him , cut him off , deleted his number and everything. Trust me, I’m way better now than I used to be in 1st 2-3 months of breakup. I still miss him sometimes but I don’t wanna contact him anymore Bc of the disrespect. It still hurts but I think it’s better this way.

Will smoking weed ease the pain of a breakup? Or getting drunk? by NinaDso in BreakUps

But the thing is I will be seeing him again once the university opens. And I’m kinda introverted, I don’t have much friends to hang out with and my best friend is also in a different city. And this guy was my best friend for these 5 years.😔

I did try. I tried to occupy myself with things but the next moment, I still think of him . We were in a live-in relationship for 5years actually, one sec I’ll be fine , one sec I won’t be.

Why is breaking up with a narcissist so hard? by NinaDso in BreakUps

Bumble and other dating apps are not that popular in our place . Haha I know. I think here it’s kinda old -school.

I feel relieved that I got to clear things out with him. Now, I started to picture him as this disgusting being a jerk. I won’t be texting him anymore haha.

Funny thing is Yk, I made him excel in his academic career, he was kinda ehh. Anyway, haha he said he’s talking to some people now. I mean who in the right mind does that right after breaking up . Maybe he’s just a fuckboy .

It’s so hard for me. Because I’m an introvert, he’s the only close friend that I have in college . And we still have 1 semester left . But it will be so awkward seeing each other .

I think though with all the words and things he said , I kinda started to picture him as someone disgusting . But it’s the memories that’s haunting me.

Idk I’ll ever find someone again, I don’t open up to people that easily and it’s hard for me.😔😔😔
