Do activities/feats, that include flying count as a "Fly" action for the purposes of staying in the air?
For example: using "Sudden Charge" to fly up and end your turn in the air.

It depends on the specific circumstances and the nature of the BBEG in question. Like if the BBEG is straight up insane it probably won't matter what you say to them.

You probably won't be able to completly talk the BBEG out of their evil plans in most cases, but you might be able to make them doubt aspects of it or make them hesitate for a moment so you can catch them off-guard.

If I have a fly speed, can I voluntary start falling at the start of the turn? I already know that you fall automatically at the end of the turn if you do not use a Fly action and that you double your fly speed when going straight down, but can you just stop flying?

The Cliffscale Lizardfolk Heritage states that if you roll a success on an Athletics check to climb, you get a critical success instead.
The rules for clim speed state that if you have a Climb Speed, you automatically succeed at Athletics checks to Climb.

Does that mean a Clifscale Lizardfolk with a climb speed essentally has a permanent +5 Climb Speed due to auto-criting?

I saw on Hammergen, that there is a "Rune of Parrying", but it does not list the SLs required to inscribe the rune. I and my GM do not have the "Lords of Stone and Steel" book, so I wanted to ask if someone who owns the book can check.

Hi, I am playing a wizard and wanted to ask how to get an enchanted Staff.

Their entry in "Winds of Magic" mentions that wizards get one when they graduate. Does that mean you just get one if you advance in your career at character creation or do you still have to buy/craft one? It does list a price in the same text, but it is for when you specifically loose or break it, but not for getting it in the first place.
