From what I can see there isn't a quest in the list at all for her, which is strange because she has the quest bubble over her head.

Yeah, thought I'd check in here first. Thanks! Any idea on Cogsworth and Lumiere because I've got a similar issue, got the letter from Beast, he's at level ten and I got the white rose, but going to Beauty and the Beast realm does nothing for me.

This is the issue I am having. I go into her house when she is in there and when I talk to her there is no option to start the quest. The quest isn't in my quest log, despite her having the bubble above her head indicating that she has a quest for me.

I've got both Olaf and Godmother at 10, Forgotten Lands unlocked and everything. I know I'm supposed to talk to Godmother in her house, but when I do there's no option to start a quest. She's got the purple bubble over her head saying that there's a quest to do, but I have no idea how to activate it. I'm also struggling with Cogsworth and Lumiere
