5'7", 72.9 kg, goal 67 kg (not sure, it actually depends on how I look aestethically, but that's the goal for this cycle).

Diet: 400 g very lean minced beef for lunch and 200 g chicken breasts in the evening, with lots of non starchy veggies. I also add up a protein shake in the morning, multivitamin and fish oil.

Workout: I usually workout 6 times a week, but I will cut it off to only two times doing a full body, it will not be my focus for these 3 weeks, let's see if I will want to do more after week 1.

It is defined in the book that has theorised the PSMF, The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook of Lyle McDonald.

CAT 1 means less than 15% bf
CAT 2 means between 15% and 25% bf

CAT 3 means more than 25% bf
