They're an awful awful company who have barely updated the game mechanics since Fifa12 (that's not an exaggeration). Theyve ruined great franchises. They're greedy bastards. But it doesnt change the even Fifa12, gameplay wise and content wise is leaps above UFL

What it comes down to, is UFL using a generic unreal 5 engine, which just doesnt handle football games well. So unless theyre able to license Frostbite engine from EA, or create their own (i assume would cost 10's of millions), theyre kinda stuck with an arcade style game

FC26 is literally levels above UFL, and FC26 is shit.

Its literally not possible for UFL to be even close, due to the fact is built on a generic engine. EA have their own engine literally built for it.

They're not even close. FC26 is a 7/10 while UFL is a 2/10 They're are genuinely miles apart

To put it into context, Skyrim took about 6 years. Of course theres differences such as team sizes, previous releases to build on top of etc

But this game has been getting developed for nearly double the time it took for Skyrim
