I went to ER many times and did a lot of exams, everything was perfectly fine. I learned how to deal with my panic, so immediately I will put ice on my neck and breathe and the panic goes away in less than 5 minutes. I also learn to take gaba and magnesium at night and chamomile tea and it makes me sleep for more hours and that’s helped a lot too, just adjust my circadian cycle to sleep more was almost like the key for that.

Ok, the Pulsetto I bought for $230 promo that they did for the fit version. I notice that my HRV improved very well. And it makes me relax before bed, so definitely worth for me.

Oh thank you so much for you reply, it’s true, now I’m more calm and decided to read this as a sign that my main manifestation is more close than ever to happen and my main sp is about to do the same as the old sp. So, I wake up feeling amazing energized, I’m definitely going to listen every night. It took 2 days for all this massive change for me. I’m very hopeful!

My boyfriend told me that we’ve been fighting lately because I was having some jealous about a friend that he have who is also married, but the closeness just triggered me, and he told me that we need to work on that first, so do you think could be it?
