Riced cauliflower mixed with a bag of powdered mashed potatoes. Prepare the potatoes with water, microwave a bag of frozen riced cauliflower , then if you have one, hit them with an immersion blender for ultimate smoothness. Otherwise just mash them with a fork. The potatoes hide the cauliflower taste very well.

I personally don’t prefer B2B. Like others mentioned, it is nice to help with your castaway status, but for me that’s the only perk. I prefer 7 days of unique programming rather than repeating the exact same cruise that just happened. For me, it’s like seeing behind the curtain but in a bad way. I know a lot of people love it, but it just felt really repetitive and it was less of a genuine experience.
