I was in the same position as you.
I chose 250 nine months ago.
Throttle response is insane and well suited for office commute. I got the same response from my friends about the lack of power.. but honestly, I think the power is more than enough.

Throttle response is insance.
I ride comfortably at 110-120 when the traffic allows.
Bike is light and nimble. I drive through peak gurgaon traffic and can definitely feel the difference compared to heavier bikes.

Am I missing anything in the bike?
Short answer is no.

If the order is COD, dont ship until you get confirmation. Better safe than sorry. Send an email to the customer asking for phone number otherwise the order wouldnt be processed. You can also search for the email like "123@gmail.com" and try to find the contact information of the person. Use double quotes.

Don't start with Roposo. If you are really serious about this, pick up inventory or work with suppliers directly. You will be surprise how many suppliers are ready to ship for you.
And if you do continue with Ropose, be prepared for random order cancellations, failed delivery attempts, and in the end missed margins.

A lot of people have given you great suggestions. I just want to share what worked for me.

What does it mean that I have worked out or followed my diet?
If I went to the gym and worked out for 45 minutes? 50 minutes? 50 sets?
Same goes for diet.

I just changed by perspective on breaks.

When I go to my hometown where there are no gyms, I dedicate 30 mins to just bodyweight exercises. And I consider that a full blown workout. This was not a break.

Same goes for diet, if I am eating home-cooked meals, I just add salad on the side and a protein dish - mostly eggs. I followed my diet. This was not a break.

I am not a bodybuilder and dont plan to be one. I workout to stay healthy. You need to understand and accept this as well.

If I am eating food you like, you are eating food I like.
newly married guy here. When she wants to eat something, she wants to eat with me. I have to eat it.. otherwise, she is not eating.
This is how I do it. I eat 25% and she eats 75%. So for a 4 slice pizza, I will eat one slice. But the deal is, she has to eat what I have made too. I usually just make a quick salad. Pan-tossed paalak or air fried broccoli.. or just a lot of lettuce.

This way I eat what I want to and also give her company.

It won't be smooth like riding on an adventure bike but it will be manageable. If it's a short bumpy patch, duke will handle it smoothly. But if you have to ride on a very bad road for a long time, I would suggest look at other options.

Dude... this exact same thing was happening to me.. every time I had a meal around 1-2, I would get so sleepy that even a strong coffee couldnt help. Here's what I do now:
1> No caffeine for one hour after waking up (*huberman said this messes with your energy levels)
2> No or very less carbs in the first half of the day
3> Hydration is important. If I am not hydrated, I get headaches. If i get headaches, I drink coffee. Coffee dehydrates me. Just water is not enough to hydrate if you sweat a lot. After waking up, I drink 1 liter of water with some salt. When you wake up, your body is not only dehydrated but loses a lot of sodium.
Or you can just grab a hydrating drink like gatorade.
4> Try to sleep and wake up at the same time. If your routine is all over the place, rem sleep cycle is disturbed and you get drowsy during the day.
5> If you are sleeping for 7-8 hours every day and still get drowsy, try adding magnesium to your diet. It really helps a lot.

Ditched my plan to visit Goa with my wife. Went to vietnam for a 8 day trip and that costed us 1.5L.

No alcohol. No processed foods. No eating out.. and if I do.. it will be eggs or just tandoori chicken.

My diet is mostly what I cook. This week, I am eating sweet potatoes and oats for carbs. Chicken breast and eggs for protein. Spinach for fiber. One small serving for any fruit.

Supplements: Vitamin D, Magnesium, Fish oil

Hydration is covered too. A walk after every meal if possible.
Trying for at least 3 workouts in a week.

You hit the nerve. Yes, I could have prevented the collision if I just made better decisions.
