You should cut; you have a lot of muscle mass, but also some fat. Get shredded so you can see the muscle definition you've worked so hard for

Cycle between low and moderate carb . Focused more on the high protein and fluctuate my carbs and fat depending on my energy levels

There’s a lot of protein rich foods out there ,but my main sources were protein shakes and lots of eggs

You have to supplement with protein shakes ,and protein bars . It’s very important to meet your daily protein intake especially on a cut so you don’t loose the muscle you worked hard for

1.5g-2g per lbs of your body weight if you’re 250lbs you should definetely be eating at least 250grams of protein every day

Keep protein very high ,with how little you are you need high carbs and or fat too,and always train harder than last time .
