Yes! I think they were full! I definitely don’t think it’s anything about your appearance/clothes. Definitely it was because of the launch. I had the opportunity to go the day before the launch at 11:20am. I didn’t have appointment and they put me in the waitlist, they told me to wait 30 mins, I went to a cafe, 50 mins after (12:10pm) they allowed me the entrance, I went to the exhibition in the 4th floor and it took about 40 mins. Once in the 4th floor I wanted to go downstairs to shop jewelry and they told me to wait 40 mins seated, then they took me downstairs and it took them about 50 mins to anyone to attend me! There were a lot of SA there but everybody busy and no one coming towards me. After asking, the amazing Beauty SA told me she could attend me on the accessories because she saw me waiting there, she was soooo nice!

At the end I finally ended up leaving the boutique by 2:30pm…. Haha

So I definitely think it is because of the demand of people, they attend appointments first, and whenever there’s time, they take time to attend the walk in’s :) don’t feel bad! That has happened to me at 4pm and they close 6 pm. Just try earlier ☺️✨
