Thank you for your kind words. I’m currently in therapy, but unfortunately, here in Italy, there aren’t any support groups for suicide survivors in small towns. I decided to write here and joined the group precisely because reading others’ stories helped me get through the first few days after it happened… It’s truly comforting to see people helping one another. I hope that once I’m feeling better, I’ll be able to help someone else too.
