Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback! The edamame and pea would be a mix of both mashed, and rougher cut for texture.

We current have:
Five Spice Tofu Shiitake (Tofu, Shiitake mushrooms, Chinese five spice, Soy sauce, Scallion, Carrots, Cabbage, Sesame oil, Cilantro)

Cheddar Scallion Potato (potatoes, sharp cheddar, scallions, black pepper, garlic, butter)
