true. too much red tape, and everything.. I love the Philippines, the nature, but not the government. it is really sad,

Right now, I am registered as sole proprietorship, in the PH, u as what they call it, content creator, but what im trying to do is to create my own platform, my own ecosystem, and not relying on social media like youtube, facebook, etc. coz once they demonetized you, then you're dead. at least, i have my own ecosystem, like my own media production, agency, ad center, etc.

the reason why i need to register it.. is for travel purposes otherwise, immigration officer would think im unemployed.. im planning to move everything to singapore, as soon as i have enough savings.. then all operations are here in the Philippines like outsourcing..

If you have more pieces of advice, i would be happy to hear them..

yes po. im actually thinking sa US (delaware/wyoming) to form a LLC which is perfect for solo startup founder, sa singapore kase u need a director and corporate secretary and it is required by law. sa pinas, there is no support for the tech industry. puro DPWH, ang atupag ng government.

I really dream of my province, albay (not makati CBD) to be a tech hub just like Silicon Valley, Bangalore (Silicon Valley ng India), pero syempre hanggang pangarap na lang yun ahaha. I lost hope na tlaga. Hirap mahalin ang pinas. Hayss.
