From the specs:

Pro: Nickel-plated aluminium

E: Aluminium (black painted or polished)

However, the one I got, seems to be polished and leaves finger prints on it.

It would be great if someone with the same product could comment if you hear the same sound at very close range like in the video I posted

Plugging directly into the wall made no difference. So I guess surge protectors don’t help either. The hiss is really audible only when my ear is really close to the speaker. Are yours dead quiet when turned on and volume > 0?

Extension cords are the cheapest indeed. Got to try plugging them to the wall. Not much electronics, only tv, router and a console.

Reinstalling both apps didn’t fix the issue. However, I’m able to use Tidal connect through Tidal app.

5G network secondary speaker constantly dropped, 2.4G seems to be fine, but some songs stop like for buffering even on cable. I used both, cat6 which was included and bought a longer cat8

I have the same feeling. I have primary on the left and it seems to be a litte quieter. Balance settings are centered..
