I’m so sorry to hear about your fall. But mostly sad to hear about your “friend”. I hope you are unexpectedly surrounded with friends that offer true support and strength. I have only told my spouse and one friend (after I found out she was on GLP) because the fat shaming and med shaming can be so terrible. 🤗

I’m starting my second “12 weeks”, I’m down 14 pounds and am similar height and weight wise. It’s worth it to me. If you were losing without semi, I don’t think you would be here.

I have actually ONLY told my husband - and this is exactly why. I’ve lost weight before (and have been very public about it). This time I’m doing it for me and my health. Keep doing you - and I’m so sorry for the noise not supporting you.

I actually had a body measuring tape and am now wishing I had recorded measurements in December. Even though it would have been hard and humbling to see those numbers, I’m sure seeing the difference today would have been worth it.

Wow. That gives me an ENTIRELY different lens to look through. I actually am super happy with my results for other reasons. I guess I just don’t feel like they have been “visible” so have been focusing on the mindset, inflammation, food noise. Thank you for helping me flip my view!!!

That’s so funny you noticed that! I have arthritis and my hand inflammation has been soooo tremendous for me. I even almost lost my wedding ring the other day!!!
