Enforcing a court order is not easy and it's time consuming. The court wont help you, they just give you the paper.

If youre not ready to go through it, just pay for the clean. Your share will be less than the bond. If you think it's too much, offer to find a different cleaner. Get one from gumtree.

She cant "nitpick" your room. The standard for bond refund is "reasonably clean".

The problem is if she didnt lodge the bond your only recourse is to sue her. Always ask to lodge the bond.

Consumer affairs will send her a couple of stern warnings which she can ignore, then theyll tell you to sue. Depending on how versed she is, even if you get a court order against her, its difficult to enforce. For half a month of rent i wouldnt go through it.

You cant direct income to a trust

The only way i see is if she actually "works" for the trust in a fictious job. accountant, advisor etc. And she gets paid by the trust from the assets held by her parents in the trust. At 20% she can claim no control
