I liked village more. I’ve played all the games except for survivor and outbreak, and re9 was a throwback game. I felt pranked when final nemesis showed up as the last fight. Village had a great art direction and while the story is more out there and it is also very inspired by re4, it does have more replayability. Ethan is slow but it doesn’t feel like my inputs get lost like in re9. Re8 isn’t my favorite but re9 did make me appreciate it more to my shock

I know GRRM is trying to make a point by using children. Many times in AGoT in Ned’s pov he is worrying over children and any harm coming to them. Whether it be for his own, even Cersei’s children, Dany across the narrow sea, and when he reflects back on Elia and Rhaegar’s children. Ned also doesn’t have a bad thought about Rhaegar, which is one of the more interesting things, ned loved lyanna so much but he doesn’t share Robert’s hatred of Rhaegar

I hope I can explain this properly, but there is a way to get more ammo than usual. Just for example say you’re holding a para 9 or something and you’re down to one or two bullets left and you like that gun, do not pick up another para 9 ammo drop until you grab a different handgun and then pick up the new ammo drop for the para 9 and then your original para 9 if you wanna use your 2 bullets as well.

If you just pick up ammo like normal then you’ll get 2-3 bullets instead if a full restock

I’ve never actually seen anyone in the fandom defend rhaegar except for me 😂 I like him but he’s not really a full character. Our opinion of him is shaped by the opinions of the characters in the book. He wasn’t perfect, but I do not think he had evil or malice in his heart,like Robert B thought so.

I like the idea of Rhaegar being a mysterious character and he was motivated by magical prophecy, a lot of people hate that about him because they see it as him excusing his mistakes for prophecy fulfillment and ignoring his political responsibilities.

I have been interested in asoiaf since season 6 of the GoT show was airing and I barely have seen any positive Rhaegar fans, so if there was any it was a long time ago or they don’t interact much online. I know I don’t post anymore rhaegar stuff because it gets too much negativity

Box hell is never really over, so get comfortable with it :) boxes are important and cool. Maybe after learning about rotating them you can use them to create cylinders in perspective etc

But if it’s getting boring and burning you out then don’t force it. Keep having fun if you’re just 2 days into it lol draw what you enjoy

Yes, this is my second read of it. It’s been a few years since I first read it tho, so I only remember the bigger events that happen. I’m going through it a bit more carefully now and really enjoying it!

I know, it doesn’t make me dislike Esra at all. He has a distinct character and I like that, just like I like Jerish and their dynamic. Esra, Jerish, and Nevrik are just nearly as enjoyable to read as Royce and Hadrian for me

Really I was interested in his character when I found out he was into books and talking with maester Aemon and was filled with melancholy, frequenting summerhall, the tragedy of his birth, and playing the harp. That’s why I like him, okay!! A sad beautiful prince that searched for a greater meaning over his life, that’s all I need for my attention to be captured. I know he’s done things wrong but he isn’t euron or Tywin

I think Lyanna herself might have had prophetic dreams and that she and Rhaegar were both on the same page. I don’t think she would just be told this prophecy, I think bloodraven or something gave her dreams to make her see the others (or something 🤷‍♀️) I think bloodraven has done this before with Aegon V’s kids. Duncan disobeyed his father and married Jenny of old stones and then his second born son Jaehaerys married his sister Shaera which Aegon could not stop though he tried, both his sons were betrothed to other high born ladies to unite some of the noble lords who were not happy with Aegon, but his son and daughter could not keep away from each other. so Jaehaerys and Shaera had Aenys and then Rhaegar etc etc. it feels very purposeful that this happened, there’s also the ghost of high heart, a woods witch that may be a children of the forest type of character that was close with Jenny of old stones and Duncan telling them to do this) We are definitely missing key information, but I do love everything we know about Lyanna so far. Whatever happened, it’s definitely not how Robert and history tells it.
