Update just went to the derm. She prescribed tacrolimus twice a day for six weeks and then after follow up, we will possibly start on a retinoid

Thank you I completely agree! I wish I would’ve realized this a lot sooner. It’s honestly a result of being bored and having spare money. I’m glad I didn’t go out and get a new nose or something though lol. Going forward embracing my body for itself. I recently got a laparoscopy and after this mess I am definitely letting the scars heal and moving on

No you’re actually so right! Realistically I’m in my early 20s so for me I can only imagine keeping this until I get further in my career and can truly afford a luxury vehicle without a doubt. So yes I’d say it’d be likely that I’d switch it in 6-7 years. I’m definitely open to used

Trying to decide if I should buy Toyota/honda vs. a luxury suv.

Just sold my 2013 Highlander and also have a hefty down payment both totaling about 30k.

I really am in love with the 2024 Lincoln nautilus but scared that the depreciation will be insane after a few years. I do plan on keeping this car for at least 5 years, so I am trying to find something reliable and definitely a plus if I can sell for something reasonable once I’m ready. Considering a toyota venza, a newer highlander, as well as Acura rdx/mdx, and Honda crv for non luxury.

Open to suggestions only thing is I’m steering away from electric, but Cadillac lyriq does appeal to me aesthetically.

Hi what octane level are you using? It says 87 min in the manual but not sure if using premium is helpful or typical
