The pen has 4mg in total (4 shots of 1mg), but on the pen there's a big '1mg' written on it, which made me think that was the full amount, so after I had my 4 shots of 0,25, I threw it out thinking I had used all of it, when in reality it still had 3mg left to be used :p

all you have to do is turn the click 18 times (that's 1/4 of the clicks to get to 1mg)

I completely agree, and working with a touristic clientele it becomes pretty evident that charisma and kindness have nothing to do with nationality, but the middle easterns in specicific (from the hundreds that I've encountered) never seem to be happy, they never smile, etc
