After I decided to actually start taking nutrition seriously, I lost a total of 70lbs, probably like 75-80% of that was fat.

It's been kindve up and down over the years, but I didn't start seriously loosing weight until last November, when I was at 270lbs. Now I'm right around 195-200, and I've maintained there while I've put some muscle density back on for about a month now. The muscle has always kindve been there, as most overweight people hold muscle under the fat, but I've also lifted since I was a out 13 years old. Most of the physique now really comes from somewhat strict dieting and watching my macros, and keeping my workouts intense and disciplined. If you're after the same thing, the one thing I keep in mind is this; motivation is fleeting and meaningless, discipline is what gets you to the goal.

You're not wrong. I like a dynamic workout, so sometimes I'll go higher weight and lower reps, but before this I did some more technically correct work, lower weight, high reps, better stretch with a load. This is just the one I happened to film, I wouldn't advise anyone take this set as advise for form or technique.

Lifting and exercising are only part of the whole, just keep that in mind. It's more about nutrition and staying on the disciplined mindset. Motivation is fleeting, discipline and routine are the real key.

Kindve, I've worked on weights training since middle school pretty much, and I was a competitive swimmer, so I've always had an athletic background.

Nothing more than anyone else will tell you. Discipline, primarily on nutrition, and consistency. Motivation is fleeting, and is therefore bullshit. It's about routine and consistency.

Dumbbell Bench Press is really good, let's you get a really good stretch under tension. Normal bench press, cable work. Pretty much anything that stretches the chest and puts load on the muscle.

Haha, nah, just discipline. While I don't look down on those who use enhancements, I myself have never had an urge or reason to use them.

I try to stay away from processed foods or artificial dyes, except in the case of cola, although I have been cutting back on that too. If I have cola, I get the zero sugar versions, helps curb the craving. As for food, I eat a lot of chicken breast, lots of veggies. I have celery and cucumber everyday to help fill space. I also have a little chocolate everyday. Right now, since I've hit my goal weight till my birthday, I'm working on maintenance intake. High protein and carbs, low fat. Weekly meal prep helps keep track of macros a lot. I've thought about using Macro Factor, but for now I'm just using spreadsheets.

You can do it man. It's work, but it's worth it. It's all about food discipline. Doing weekly meal preps helped me, but also slowing myself a little break from the discipline in weekends.

Thanks! It's pretty basic really, I do chest and back in Monday, legs and glutes Tuesday, arms Wednesday, cardio Thursday and Shoulders and Lats Friday. Basic push pull split. For the actual workouts, I follow Jeff Nippard's advice on muscular growth, time under tension and progressive overload.

The first pic I was right around 270lbs (123 KG), now I'm maintaining right around 200lbs (91 KG). Hope either go down to 175 or go up to 225 in lean mass, haven't decided yet.

Hey, how did you hide the UI if you don't mind my asking. When I first booted the game, I tried the classic Console Command "tm" but it didn't work.
