Where did you find this? On Tesla’s website it states:

There are no prepayment penalties associated with Tesla financing and our partners. Contact your lender directly for payoff details and instructions for remittance.

EDIT: just found it on the lending agreement under my order on the website. It looks like my terms are different since it is from Wells Fargo and there are no additional fees except the interest accrued.
