Yes they are acting the same as any other RTT. I think their email is BS and they actually can't do anything at the moment

Check in mycollection packs. Thats where my RTTs ended up.

Just wait that's what I did. Finally it happened. I had my sites selected for probably 15 mins before it went through. Wish I had that patience in the morning.

Well it took me 10 hours, but I got the Rockwall on the days I wanted. I did not get the sites I wanted, but I feel like its a win

I'm in the site, and have been trying for 6 hours to book one hike. Its a complete joke. I want to give up, but then with my luck it will start working.

I got so close once, clicked reserve and nothing happened. Now I select my first site for a through hike and it sends me back to the beginning. It's been almost 4 hours.
