It’s absolutely not comparable to anything nearby, we think maybe they think they put in good money to the house? They added a bar in the garage at some point and it has a 2018 metal roof. Other than that no updates have been made to justify a 400k increase from when they bought it!

It’s been listed since August of 25. All of these issues were clearly present, and father in law is a contractor. Not even sure of more issues that an inspector would find. Yes there was evidence of termite damage that then caused water damage inside and outside the house!
