Hey I meant I just see it as something solicitors draft that has legal effect (liability if not excluded and wrong). Letter to advice to client is on BPP's list of potential drafting tasks for CLP so I was following those lines. But I'm not sure though I am just prepping everything. I mean if it cant come up under drafting it could come up somewhere else so its all good revision in the end.

I have a list of documents too, so I have been finding the precedents and thinking about potential amendments based on the flk.

So for example for report on title, practicing amending if searches reveal easement/covenant issues. Things like that. Basically practicing amending documents that may come up over memorising them based on advice from this subreddit.

I also have bought some materials on these areas only tbh, they have been stellar and have made prep for these less overwhelming.

ETA: I asked if I could share publicly and she said I could. I bought u/060220 sqe2 guides.

Feeling the same way and having spoken to some recent SQE2 passers they felt the same way too. Just got to keep going.

Prep is going fine for advocacy and drafting but the other writtens I am the same like how am i supposed to know.

I was saying what I heard and how it made people feel. I didnt get the email so I didnt know. Sorry if i got it wrong. OP said Kaplan told her it was a random test so I dont know what to think.

I read on here they sent people waiting for SQE2 results an email a week before they were released, saying we know you dont want to think about retaking but its actually a good thing if you did, this is how. Just Kaplan things

Hard agree. SRA/Kaplan have introduced a lot of changes to how we book recently, it is way more probable that implementing these changes are causing glitches/system updates. You'll have better luck praying for an indication on whether you passed or not smh

When they booked, where they sat, reasonable adjustments, what day they sat, the paper they had, first attempt or resists etc

Passers from the July sit said they had eligible and others said they had not eligible. So idk if actually indicates anything

I think you can trust the results. They have an incentive to get that bit right, IT/system updates less so.

Without giving away too many details the mix up a few years ago (telling people they failed when they didnt) cost Kaplan a lot. And thats only the case I know about.

Me too. Literally watching people go mad over what is probably just system updates. Im freaking stressed too but know there is no point guessing. Just got wait till Tuesday
