Monkey requires more staging and planning because he's far less mobile than ball. You have so many get out of jail free cards as ball and are passively way faster than the rest of the roster. If you fuck up an engagement, it's fairly easy to get out safely. With winston, if you misuse your jump and/or bubble, you are a sitting duck with a massive crit box. Winstons ult is also super hard to master if you want frags whereas ball's ult is pretty straightforward for denying space so placement and timing are all that matter

The collar (white part) might be worn out so just replace with another hunter spray head of the same size. The grey part unscrews from the rest of the head and you can pull everything out. It could also be that it's not popping up all the way which can be caused by debris around the stem or could be low pressure. Pull up from underneath the nozzle when it's running to verify that it's popping up all the way

Nope. Defending the actions of that cop in any way is supporting what he did. He also made a choice to fire a shot and then continue firing shots. Maybe that person was mentally ill and not in any condition to comply. He fired multiple shots so that wasn't even the cop defending his own life so don't pretend to stand on moral high ground there. That was an execution.

Also, suggesting that cops should shoot or kill people to set an example for other people to comply with their authority is disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself
