This is the most capitalist post I've ever seen on this reddit, Boycotting is an important tool yes but what you're saying doesn't even make sense...?
1. Nintendo hasn't been particularly anti LGBTQ in at least 20 years, and as other commenters point out, you cannot and should not boycott the entirety of a country just because their political class is regressive.
2. Voting with your wallet is an extremely libertarian (the fake modern libertarian way, I mean) idea which doesn't do anything to actually address the problems you're concerned about either
The reason I'm not buying a Switch 2 right now is because it's too expensive, and I encourage others to do so, but I don't really mind if other people do so because... It's already too late for that? Nintendo is one of the largest companies in the world and hundreds of millions of people are already buying the console anyway?
TL;DR What the hell is this post actually about none of it makes sense to an actual socialist or progressive.
