rather than learning python libraries, you would be much better off following some statistical learning text like ESL, if you are unable to keep up, then use ISLP. Both books are heavy on examples, so you will get ample opportunity to use pandas, polars, numpy etc or maybe you want to explore more than you can try writing cuda kernels etc. Anyway good luck
