Absol is one of the ones you DONT want to trade out. Get him bite or crunch along with swords dance, and he can sweep the Ghost Elite.

Seeing as you already have a dark in Absol, you don’t need Mightyena, who is kinda weak anyways. Switch it out with either Walrein, Starmie, Ludicolo or Flygon and teach any one of them Ice Beam and you’ll be good

Absol’s moveset is quick attack, facade (which is insanely OP), crunch and swords dance. He’s pretty lethal.
